Birthday cake (red velvet cake)

Ingredients
3cups flour
2cups sugar
1tsp baking soda
1tsp fine salt
1tsp cocoa powder
2cups vegetables oil
1cup buttermilk
2large eggs
2tsp red food coloring and pink colouring
1tsp vinegar
1tsp  vanilla extract

Cream cheese frosting
1pack of cream cheese, softened
4cups of confectioner's sugar
1cup of unsalted butter
1tsp vanilla extract

Method

preheat  oven to 350⁰degrees. Lightly oil and flour the medium cake pans

2.in a large ,bowl,soft together the flour,and mix all the dry ingredients. In another bowl  mix yor dry ingredients

3.using a standing mixer ,mix the dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined and a smooth  batter is formed.

4.Divide the cake batter evenly among the prepared cake pans .place the pans in the oven ,to check them put a toothpick inside ,if it comes out clean it means your cakes are perfect

5.remove the cake from the oven and run a knife  around the edges to loosen them from the sides of the pan  ,then cool them completely

6.frost the cake .place one layer, upside down then spread the frosting with cream cheese.

7.refrigerate  the cake for an hour ,then take your left frosting  put a pink colouring and spread it all over the cake then decorate it the way you like it ,then refrigerate it
